6abc Women’s History Celebration ‘Ladies Who Lead’

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — It was a special morning at 6abc on Thursday as we hosted our inaugural Women’s History Celebration ‘Ladies Who Lead.’

The networking event and breakfast was created to uplift women who are leaders in every way, from the boardroom to the classroom.

Tamala Edwards, Karen Rogers and Sarah Bloomquist all took part.

We honored two trailblazers, Lauren Cristella, the President and CEO of the Committee of Seventy.

And Rev. Dr. Lorina Marshall-Blake, the President of the Independence Blue Cross Foundation and Vice President of Community Engagement.
