Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield have achieved their gold medal finish.
The couple tied the knot in a “All Shades of Melanin”-themed ceremony held in Trenton, Georgia April 4, they confirmed to Vogue.
“It was definitely a ceremony of unity,” Junelle told the outlet. “It was just amazing to see the different cultures mesh into one. Everybody was having fun, interacting, and filled with love.”
Their nuptials come nearly two years after the Olympic sprinter proposed to Junelle, 28, in front of a candle and sparkler-lit rose-covered heart display equipped with a neon sign reading, “Will you marry me?”
In the video shared to Instagram, Noah—clad in a custom black suit with a gold racing stripe down the side—can be seen leading Junelle to the display before getting on one knee and popping the question.
To no surprise, Junelle said yes, flashing the ring as the couple’s friends and family cheered in the background. Noah captioned the video, “To my Future Wife I Will Love You Forever.”
