“The Kasa Smart Plug Ultra Mini has been a great addition to my smart home setup. I set it up quickly with my Alexa, and now I can control my devices with simple voice commands. No hub required, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable. I love being able to turn lights or appliances on and off from my phone or with voice control. It’s compact, discreet, and very user-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone starting their smart home journey.” —Lucia

This was so easy to install, it took me a total of 5 minutes, and most of that was waiting for it to connect and running up the stairs to do the second one. I used them to plug my Christmas garlands, which have lights, so I don’t have to unplug them each night and have to go upstairs to unplug things. Now, I can just push the button on the Kasa app, and that’s it. Actually, I added them via the Kasa app (which we already use to automate things at home), and now we manage all automation via Google Home. Very easy to connect and super convenient.” —Cactus Flower

“I got this smart plug for an old laser printer of mine. This laser printer is quite old but still prints quite nicely. The issue with it is that the built-in network print server freezes up after a few days, not allowing anything to print. Until the printer is power cycled, it is effectively dead.

Enter this smart plug.. I have it set to shut off at midnight every night and turn back on after two minutes. Since I have installed this smart plug, I have not had any issues with the printer being dead when I need to print something.

These things are so handy for lights and for other uses if you are creative. We even have a few on older game systems that sit and waste power when not in use. Easy enough to tell Alexa to turn on the game system, then use the controller to actually power on the system. I highly recommend these smart plugs.” —Almost Satisfied
