Burst Sprinkler Floods Margate School

MARGATE, N.J. (WPVI) — A school in Margate dismissed early due to a burst sprinkler.

Firefighters helped clean up the spilled water at Eugene Tighe School on Monday morning.

It rushed through the hallway and into one of the classrooms.

Students were moved to the performing arts center on campus before being dismissed for the day.

School reopened as scheduled on Tuesday.
