MARLTON, New Jersey (WPVI) — Hand-made cards are pouring in from across the country in a nationwide campaign to help seniors feel loved on Valentine’s Day.
The Valentine’s Day Card Drive is operated by Senior Helpers, an organization dedicated to improving quality of life by providing in-home care and companionship.
One destination for these donated cards is the Town Square at Marlton Adult Day Care.
The facility at Town Square is dressed head-to-toe with 1950s-theming, inviting guests into rooms based on a diner, a theater, and more.
Watch the video above to see how seniors at Town Square reacted to the Valentine’s Day surprise.
Anyone interested in contributing to the card drive in the future or learning more about Senior Helpers can visit their website.
