PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — SEPTA is expanding its efforts to crack down on people riding without paying.

Full-length fare gates have been installed at the Cecil B. Moore Station on Broad Street in North Philadelphia.

The full-height gates are designed to deter fare evaders from jumping over or crawling under traditional turnstiles.

SEPTA officials say they are on track to install more than 200 full-height gates at 14 stations by June.
