LANDENBURG. Pa. (WPVI) — A former Chester County employee is facing charges related to the receipt of child sexual abuse material, according to authorities.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Anton Bilski, 25, worked as a 911 dispatcher for the county and also served as a lieutenant with the Avondale Fire Department. Both organizations told Action News he is no longer employed.
Bilski was arrested on March 20 and remains in custody.

Court documents show the investigation began last September after U.S. Homeland Security received a tip from European authorities alleging Bilski’s Instagram account was involved in the exchange child porn. Prosecutors say the alleged activity spanned several years across multiple online platforms and continued as recently as February.
Authorities allege Bilski paid hundreds of dollars to vendors offering child sexual abuse material. Investigators say they recovered more than 180 explicit images and videos involving children from his possession.
Much of the material was allegedly accessed from Bilski’s family home in Landenburg, where investigators executed a search warrant and seized 13 electronic devices.
Prosecutors also allege Bilski secretly recorded underage volunteers at the fire company where he served as a lieutenant.
Avondale Fire Company President Guy Swift said the department conducted its own internal investigation.
“We conducted an internal investigation and at this time have found no involvement of any other members or our systems,” Swift said.
The fire company says it is fully cooperating with investigators as prosecutors indicate additional charges are expected.
“We’re doing our best to keep the membership informed, keep everyone up to speed and be as transparent as possible,” Swift said.
