WARMINSTER TWP., Pa. (WPVI) — Police in Bucks County are stepping up enforcement against drivers who fail to clear snow from their vehicles.
An officer in Warminster Township stopped and cited a driver Tuesday morning on East Street Road after noticing the windshield had only a small patch of snow removed, police said.
Pennsylvania law requires drivers to clear snow and ice from their vehicles before driving.
“Please clean your car off before traveling Snow flying off car can cause accidents, injury and damage other vehicles. Please be a courteous driver,” police said in a news release.
