“At this point, they’re a little slower,” Hailee explained of her workouts. “I’m prioritizing listening to my body, which has been a consistent thing I’ve always done when it comes to working out, regardless of my physical state. Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of walking. Sometimes I set out for 30 minutes, and it ends up being 15, or less than that.”

“I’m taking it slow, but movement is key,” she added. “The other day, I felt like I should be going up and down the stairs more, so I started doing some housework that had me going up and down the stairs, and afterwards I was like, ‘Okay, I’m good with stairs for a while!’”

Ahead of their baby’s arrival, Josh, also 29, opened up about how he plans to balance training during the off season with his dad duties.
