Reentry Release Center Opens in Camden, N.J.

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) — A new facility opened in Camden County to help newly released inmates get back on track.

Camden County’s Board of Commissioners celebrated the grand opening of the Reentry Release Center on Thursday.

The facility works with individuals who are leaving the Camden County Correctional Facility.

Peer specialists help them ease back into their communities and connect them to important services.

They also provide housing support, employment services and access to health care.
