Two arrested, accused in killing of beloved flight attendant from South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Police arrested two people accused in the killing of a beloved flight attendant.

It happened in South Philadelphia back in November 2025.

Police found Amadoy Thiam suffering from severe head injuries outside his home along the 2400 block of Federal Street in South Philadelphia.

William Percha and Shamar Moody are now under arrest. Police haven’t released a motive just yet.

The initial police call was for a burglary.
