Water main break floods snowy street in Philadelphia’s Point Breeze section

PHILAELPHIA (WPVI) — A water main break is caused an icy mess in the Philadelphia’s Point Breeze neighborhood.

It happened around 6 a.m. on Wednesday on the 1200 block of South 16th Street.

Chopper 6 was overhead where water could be seen flowing down the snowy street around parked cars.

There’s no word yet if it is impacting water pressure to residents.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
