Water main repaired, boil water advisory remains in effect in Upper Chichester Township

UPPER CHICHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPVI) — Officials say repairs to a damaged water main in Upper Chichester Township are now complete.

Water pressure should now be fully restored, but a water boil advisory remains in effect for Upper Chichester, Lower Chichester and Marcus Hook.

The break, which occurred during a construction project, caused service disruptions and reduced water pressure in nearby homes.
