Zjahmere Walker charged in connection with series of robberies in Newark, Delaware

NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) — A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of robberies in Newark, Delaware.

Authorities say Zjahmere Walker robbed people at knifepoint and gunpoint while making sales initiated online.

The incidents happened on February 26, March 28, and March 29.

Police say they arrested Walker when they caught him shoplifting on Sunday, adding that he resisted arrest and injured an officer.
